Life at full

Dear Diary,

the concerts with The Real Group at the Savoy Theatre, Helsinki, were fabulous. TRG is my true a cappella first love and, as we all know, that never loses its magic. As the members of TRG are not only wonderful musicians but also just fantastic personalities, sharing mutual respect and support with them is one of the miracles in my life. I could go on and on about how great they are and how much it means to me, but instead I'll tell about my personal highlight of the gigs and we can talk later about the other stuff...

So it was a treat to sing with them, to share the stage and the moment, and the best thing of all was to improvise together. It's difficult to tell how it felt for the audience (after all there were 11 people singing SOMETHING at the same time....), but I have never felt such freedom, joy and personal moment of flow and sudden understanding onstage in my life. So thank you, fellow singers, for the experience. Thank you The Real Group! Thank you to the listeners for support and generosity.

The next thing we'll do is two ABBA concerts with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. If I could just get everywhere with a click of my fingers – no packing, no waiting at airports or sitting in planes, no jet lag headaches, no sandwiches instead of proper food – this job would be like A DREAM.

But now it's real life and feels full as it is. So, here we go again! New adventures are waiting for us! Thank you for being with us, thank you for your interest.
