The movie “Hiljainen Jouluyö” (“Silent Christmas Night”), based on the music of the album “Jouluyö” (2012), was shot in the scenic landscapes of Finnish Lapland, which gives Rajaton’s touching Christmas music even more depth.

As a bonus, this DVD also contains Rajaton’s first Christmas movie “Rajaton Joulu”, filmed in 2002. It’s a rare chance of hearing the young ensemble sing live, and mostly unamplified, the material of their triple-platinum-selling album “Joulu” a year before its release. Between the songs, actor Ismo Kallio reads Christmas poems.

Both movies have only been seen before on Finnish TV.
